Working as a sports presenter across motorsport, tennis and golf, over the years Immy Barclay has interviewed top sport personalities: including Lewis Hamilton, Valentino Rossi, Rafael Nadal, Rory McIlroy and Tiger Woods.

 

After working in sport production at ITN, she has since been relied on in high-profile settings, hosting live and to large audiences. Recently she presented the global launch of the Scuderia Ferrari F1 car for season 2023, broadcast live from Maranello on Sky Sports F1 and all Ferrari social channels.

A multilinguist, Immy is comfortable in Italian and can turn to Spanish, French and Portuguese, as well as her native English. It gives her another gear working with international athletes and audiences. It was especially useful during her time in the MotoGP Rookies Cup, where she started her presenting career in 2016 with Red Bull TV, documenting the rise of the world's best young motorbike riders.

Fast forward to this year, Immy has joined Formula One at Grand Prixs throughout the season for F1TV. In her element at a racetrack, she's worked frequently with brands like Yamaha and Mercedes, hosting product launches and press premieres with their CEO's and athlete ambassadors. 

​

Immy is also at home on a golf course and over the last 5 years has been the face of the Alfred Dunhill Links Championship proam. Here she developed the format "Buggy Chat", interviewing players in a golf cart (guests including Hugh Grant, Lee Westwood, Shane Warne, Bill Murray), which has become a staple series of content at the Dunhill.

In tennis, Barclay has worked regularly with IMG hosting the Hurlingham Tennis Classic sponsored by Giorgio Armani; Champions Tennis at the Royal Albert Hall; and the Wimbledon finals weekend on the Wimbledon Channel. Her experience in tennis and motorsport lead to the unique opportunity of hosting an exclusive Q&A with Rafael Nadal for the launch of the KIA EV6 electric car at his tennis academy in Mallorca.
